Herbal Energetics
The consultation is oriented in a way that explores how specific herbs influence bodily tissue states, systems and organs. We discuss recommendations based on the energetics of your unique constitution and health goals. After all, plants are our external organs from which we receive macrocosmic nourishment along planetary circuits, i.e. the sun and moon. Herbalism invites us to engage in a working relationship with planet Earth to grow, learn and share as we go. The field of herbal studies is ever-evolving as we are.
